Charles spent over 28 years in the Hong Kong Police, 24 of which were with CID. He retired from the police in 2002 and ventured into the private sector as an independent consultant. During his career he received seven commendations for his work including acknowledgements from senior commanders for going beyond the call of duty.
Charles joined the Abate Risk team in 2005 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.
He speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
